PaidLine isn't a directory. Drop your PaidLine number anywhere a phone number lives — bio, site, cards, podcasts, billboards — and we handle the billing, payouts, and receipts behind the scenes.
From sign-up to first paid call in under ten minutes. Use the smartphone you already have.
PaidLine works with the smartphone you already have — and the way people already reach you. No app to install. No hardware to buy. Callers dial your PaidLine like any other number; we handle billing, payouts, and receipts behind the scenes. Same conversation. Now you're paid for it.
A phone number you'd normally hesitate to hand out — except this one's different. Drop it in your bio, on your card, in your email signature, on a billboard. Every ring is a paid call. Ring, ring. Cha‑ching.
Five ways professionals try to monetize their phone. Here's what each costs, where each one falls short — and how PaidLine compares.
Competitor figures reflect publicly stated take rates, setup fees, and subscription costs as of 2026. Some platforms charge higher rates on iOS bookings or platform-driven referrals. PaidLine's annual reflects introductory pricing ($179 first year, $359/year after). Callers pay your per-minute rate plus a $1 connectivity fee. Calls under 30 seconds aren't billed. Trademarks are property of their respective owners.
Adjust your rate, average call length, and weekly volume. Take-home estimates are after PaidLine's 10% all-in fee.
Examples for illustration only — not a guarantee of income. Actual earnings depend on your rate, call volume, and customer behavior. Estimates are shown after PaidLine's 10% all-in platform fee. Excludes the $1-per-call connectivity fee paid by callers (not Pros). Calls under 30 seconds aren't billed. Higher rates available upon request and approval.

Everything you need to know before you start your PaidLine.
PaidLine is a secure, phone-based platform that lets professionals get a phone number, set their rate and availability, and earn money for their time, advice, and knowledge over the phone. Instead of scheduling meetings, sending invoices, or managing payment links, you simply share your PaidLine number anywhere — your email signature, social profiles, business cards, even a billboard — and start earning whenever someone calls. Setup takes less than 10 minutes. When someone dials your number, they hear a friendly greeting, are told your per-minute rate, and can accept or hang up. If they accept, they enter a card before connecting, so you’re paid every time your line rings. PaidLine tracks the call in real time, charges only for the minutes used, and pays your earnings out to your linked bank account monthly. Calls under 30 seconds aren’t charged, and your personal number always stays private.
PaidLine connects you with callers through a dedicated phone number that charges by the minute. Once you’ve set up a Pro account and chosen your rate and availability, callers can reach you on your PaidLine number. Before a call connects, the caller is shown your rate and must authorize payment. During the call, PaidLine measures the exact duration and calculates the cost (rounded up to the nearest minute); the caller is billed automatically when the call ends, and your earnings — minus PaidLine’s service fee — are credited to your account and transferred to your bank monthly. PaidLine handles everything: time tracking, payment processing, receipts, email and SMS notifications, and call routing. Both numbers stay private, repeat callers’ cards are saved securely, and you can even call clients back and still get paid for those outbound calls.
PaidLine is designed for anyone who provides value through conversation — consultants, coaches, advisors, lawyers, therapists, instructors, influencers, entertainers, and more. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and agree to PaidLine’s Terms of Use and other policies. Whether you’re a freelancer, expert, or influencer, PaidLine gives you a direct, flexible way to get paid for your time — from quick advice calls to recurring sessions. If your expertise can help others, even for a few minutes, PaidLine makes those conversations effortless and secure. Individuals and small businesses are welcome.
Signing up takes just a few minutes. Create an account at paidline.com with your email (or a social signup), verify your phone number so calls route correctly, activate your Pro subscription, and choose your PaidLine number — area codes in all 50 states (subject to availability), plus vanity numbers. Then set your per-minute rate and availability, customize your greeting, share your number anywhere, and connect your bank account for monthly payouts. The whole process is self-guided and takes under ten minutes, and every step stays accessible from your dashboard. Need a hand? Email [email protected].
It’s free to create a Caller account if you only use PaidLine to call Pros — you can view call and transaction history, manage contacts and payment methods, set notifications, and more. To earn money for calls, you need a PaidLine Pro subscription. We currently offer one simple Pro Unlimited plan: $179 for your first year as an introductory price, then $359/year (less than $1/day) for unlimited usage and earning potential. There’s also a per-call platform fee — only 10%, versus the 15–40% charged by some other pay-per-call providers and marketplaces — applied to each completed paid call that lasts more than 30 seconds.
PaidLine’s platform fee covers the technology and infrastructure that make pay-per-minute calling possible — secure payment processing, call connectivity, call handling and routing, SMS notifications, real-time billing, ongoing support, and more. It’s currently only 10%, versus the 15–40% charged by some other pay-per-call providers and marketplaces. The fee is automatically deducted from your earnings after each call, and you’ll always see the exact amount in your account — so there’s nothing to calculate or remit yourself.
After each completed call, your earnings are credited instantly to your PaidLine account balance (net of the service fee), and you can track them in real time under Dashboard → Earnings. PaidLine then pays out monthly for the prior month’s earnings, deposited directly to your linked U.S. bank account — typically on a business day near the middle of each month, depending on your bank’s processing times. Payouts run through PCI-compliant partners, with downloadable statements and automatic notifications when a payout is initiated or completed. No invoices and no manual requests required.
No — callers never see your real phone number. When someone calls your PaidLine number, the call is securely routed through PaidLine’s network, which masks both parties’ real numbers. You’ll see your own PaidLine number on your screen when a call comes in, and when you call a client back they’ll see your PaidLine number too — never your personal line. The same privacy protection applies to outbound and callback calls. After your first interaction, PaidLine also shares each party’s vCard (digital contact card) so you can save each other’s PaidLine contact for easy, private future calls.
Yes. PaidLine’s payment and payout system runs on bank-grade, PCI DSS Level 1–compliant infrastructure — the same standard major financial institutions use. When a caller adds a card, it’s encrypted and vaulted directly with our certified payment partner and represented to PaidLine only by a secure token; raw card numbers are never stored, transmitted, or visible to anyone — not even PaidLine staff. Every transaction is pre-authorized before a call connects and logged for full traceability, and payouts to Pros’ linked U.S. bank accounts run through regulated networks with KYC verification and fraud monitoring.
Yes. You can return missed calls or make follow-up calls to past clients and still get paid for your time. Every caller is assigned a unique extension that appears in your Call History — to reach them, dial your own PaidLine number from your verified forwarding phone and enter that extension (or save their vCard for one-tap follow-ups). Outbound calls are billed per minute just like inbound ones: the client sees your PaidLine number (never your personal one), and payment is processed automatically using their saved method once they accept your rate.
For calls: any call that connects and runs longer than 30 seconds is considered completed and is generally non-refundable, since real-time service was delivered — though PaidLine may issue partial or full refunds at its discretion for verified technical issues, connection failures, or billing errors. For subscriptions: PaidLine currently offers annual plans that activate immediately, so they’re non-refundable once the term begins, but you can cancel anytime to stop renewal and keep your number and features through the rest of your paid year. For any billing error, contact [email protected].
At present, PaidLine offers U.S. phone numbers only and supports U.S. bank accounts for payouts — though we plan to expand to other countries soon. If you reside outside the U.S. and are interested in getting a PaidLine, drop us a line at [email protected]. Either way, international callers can still reach you on your U.S. PaidLine number, though calls from outside the U.S. may be subject to additional fees and local carrier charges.
