Can I offer free calls?

At this time, PaidLine does not support free calls to PaidLine numbers. Every connected call is billed according to your posted per-minute rate, ensuring consistency, fairness, and system integrity for all users.

However, PaidLine automatically includes a 30-second grace period at the start of each call — if the call ends before 30 seconds, no charge is applied to the caller. This feature is intended to allow brief introductions or accidental dials to go unbilled, but it should not be abused or used to market or redirect callers to other services or platforms.
