What is PaidLine?
PaidLine is a secure, phone-based platform that allows professionals to buy a phone number, set their rate, set their availability, and earn money for their time, advice and knowledge shared through phone calls. Instead of scheduling meetings, sending invoices, or managing third-party payment links, you can simply share your PaidLine number anywhere (i.e. in your email signatures, on billboards, in your social media profiles, on business cards and anywhere else you you want to) and start earning whenever someone calls. Getting started and setup for unlimited earning potential takes less than 10 minutes!
When someone dials your PaidLine number, they will be greeted with a friendly message (with an optional custom bio), informed of your per- minute-rate and given the option to accept your rate or simply disconnect. If the caller accepts, the caller will be required to provide their credit or debit card information before the call connects – ensuring you are paid each time your phone rings and shows your PaidLine number as the caller ID. PaidLine tracks the call duration in real time, charges the caller only for the minutes they use, and your earnings will promptly be available in your PaidLine account upon completion of the call (and will get paid out directly to your linked bank account on a monthly basis for the prior month’s earnings). Also, your callers will not be charged for calls that last for less than 30 seconds, providing a grace period for both parties to confirm whether it is a suitable time to talk, test audio, and confirm they are speaking to the right person. The platform is designed for transparency and simplicity — no hidden fees, no back-and-forth invoicing, and no need to expose personal contact details. Pro subscribers have complete control over pricing, availability, and call management through their PaidLine dashboard.

How does PaidLine work?
PaidLine connects individuals and business with callers who want to speak with them through a dedicated phone number that charges by the minute. Once you have set up your account (with a Pro subscription) and set your rate and availability, callers can start to call you on your PaidLine number. Before a call connects, callers are informed of your rate and required to provide payment information and authorization.
During the call, PaidLine’s system measures the exact duration and calculates the cost (rounded up to the nearest minute). Callers are billed automatically when the call ends, and your earnings (minus PaidLine’s service fees) will be credited to your PaidLine account (and transferred to your linked payout method monthly).
PaidLine also keeps both parties’ phone numbers private and ensures that calls meet compliance and payment-security standards. PaidLine automatically saves each of your caller’s payment methods securely so that repeat caller’s do not have to provide payment information each time they call you. Furthermore, you can also call your customers back and still get paid for such outbound calls you make – enabling a truly seamless, bilateral calling experience – just like your regular phone.

How do I sign up for PaidLine?
Signing up for PaidLine takes just a few minutes.
Step 1: Create an account at www.paidline.com using your email address and a secure password or one of the available social signup options.
Step 2: Verify your phone number to ensure that PaidLine can route your paid calls correctly.
Step 3: Activate your Pro subscription and select your unique PaidLine number (we offer numbers with area codes in all 50 states (subject to availability) and also offer vanity numbers.

The onboarding process is designed to be intuitive and self-guided. You can

What are the rules of conduct for PaidLine?

Professionals should provide honest, accurate representations of their services, maintain confidentiality where required or requested, and avoid offering advice that violates laws or regulations in their industry or jurisdiction (such as unlicensed financial, legal or medical advice).

Can I use PaidLine outside of the USA?
At present, PaidLine supports professionals who are based in the United States with verified U.S. phone numbers and payout accounts. However, callers outside the U.S. can still dial a PaidLine number from abroad using standard international dialing and their local carrier rates.
PaidLine plans to expand to additional countries soon, with local currency and payout options. International professionals can sign up for early access notifications on the website to be the first to know when global onboarding becomes available.
Pro Tip: If you work with international clients, remind them they can still call your U.S. PaidLine number — international rates may apply depending on their carrier.

Is PaidLine available internationally?
Not yet — but it will be. PaidLine is in the process of launching international support so professionals in other regions can set up accounts, choose local numbers, and receive payouts in their home currencies.
For now, only U.S.-based professionals can register. However, international users can still become callers on the platform, allowing them to connect with U.S. experts or businesses through PaidLine numbers.

How much does PaidLine cost?
For anyone who only uses PaidLine to call PaidLine Pros, it’s free to create a PaidLine Caller account to view call history, transaction history, contacts, manage payment methods, manage notification settings and more.
For anyone that want to earn money for calls, a PaidLine Pro subscription is required. Currently, we offer one simple PaidLine Pro Unlimited plan which costs $359/year (less than $1/day!) – for unlimited usage and earning potential.
There is also a per call platform fee (only 10% vs 15-40% like some other pay per call providers and marketplaces) for each completed paid call a pro receives which lasts for more than 30 seconds.

What is the PaidLine service fee?
PaidLine’s platform fee covers the technology and infrastructure that make pay-per-minute calling possible – including all fees for secure payment processing, call connectivity, call handling and routing, SMS notifications, real-time billing,ongoing support and more. PaidLine’s platform fee is currently only 10% vs 15-40% like some other pay per call providers and marketplaces.
The platform fee is automatically deducted from your earnings after each call — you’ll always see the exact amount in your account. This ensures transparency and eliminates the need to manually calculate or remit platform costs.
