How can callers reach me on my PaidLine number?

Callers can reach you by dialing your PaidLine number directly from any phone. Each PaidLine number functions just like a regular phone number — the only difference is that calls are routed through PaidLine’s secure, pay-per minute system.

When someone dials your PaidLine number, they’ll first hear your professional greeting, which introduces you, confirms your rate, and prompts them to provide or confirm a valid payment method. Once authorized, the call connects automatically if you’re marked as Available.

If you’re unavailable or outside your set hours, callers will hear a friendly message letting them know you’re not available and encouraging them to try again later.

After each successful call, PaidLine provides both you and the caller with each other’s vCard (digital contact card). This makes it easy for both parties to save contact details for future calls — allowing ongoing, direct communication through PaidLine without exposing personal numbers.

Pro Tip: Remind clients to save your vCard to their contacts. Once saved, they can easily dial your PaidLine number again for follow-up calls (and their payment method will already be securely saved to reduce friction).
