How do I return a missed call or make another call to a caller that has previously called my PaidLine?
If you return miss a call or just make another call to a client you’ve spoken to before (i.e. if they request you call them back), you can reconnect with them at any time by dialing the client’s unique extension (accessible in your PaidLine Dashboard) or by using the vCard contact details provided for each caller.
Every caller you interact with on PaidLine is assigned a unique extension, visible in your Call History in your Pro account. To return a call:
1. Dial your PaidLine number from your verified forwarding phone.
2. When prompted, enter the caller’s unique extension listed in your Call History.
3. PaidLine will connect you directly with that caller — keeping both personal numbers private.
You can also use the vCard (digital contact card) provided for each caller to save their PaidLine contact info directly to your phone. This allows you to quickly reconnect later by simply calling the saved contact (no need to manually enter the client’s extension).
When you call a client back through PaidLine:
• The client’s caller ID will display your PaidLine number, not your personal number.
• The client will be billed at your standard per-minute rate for the call (but only after accepting your call and agreeing to pay your rate).
• If the client has a saved payment method, PaidLine automatically processes the payment — no need to re-enter details unless they wish to use a different card.
This system provides a secure, seamless way to follow up with clients while maintaining privacy and ensuring accurate billing for both parties.
Pro Tip: Save each client’s vCard to your phone immediately after your
call. It makes future follow-ups as simple as tapping their name — no need to look up extensions manually.
