What if I am busy when I receive a call?

If you’re already on another call when a new caller tries to reach you,
PaidLine will automatically inform the caller that you’re currently
unavailable and encourage them to try again later. The caller will not be
charged unless the call connects successfully.

The missed call will still appear in your PaidLine Dashboard under Call History, along with the caller’s unique ID or name (if the Caller is registered), timestamp, and their unique PaidLine extension. This allows you to easily identify who tried to reach you and call them back  ater — ensuring you never lose touch with an interested client.

To return a missed or busy call, simply dial your own PaidLine number from your verified forwarding phone and enter the caller’s unique extension when prompted (or use the vCard (digital contact card) provided for each caller to quickly reconnect without having to manually enter the client’s extension).

PaidLine will connect you directly with that caller, preserving both parties’ privacy while ensuring proper billing for the callback session.

Pro Tip: Check your Dashboard regularly after back-to-back sessions — missed call alerts often come from repeat or high-value clients. Following up promptly can turn a missed opportunity into a paid session.
