What if I miss a call to my PaidLine number?

If you miss a call to your PaidLine number, don’t worry — the caller is not charged, and you’ll have multiple ways to reconnect.


You’ll receive an instant missed-call notification in your PaidLine Dashboard and, depending on your preferences, by text or email as well.
Your Dashboard will show the caller’s unique ID or name (if they are registered with a Caller account), the time of the missed call, and their unique PaidLine extension, which you can use to easily return the call later.


To follow up, simply dial your own PaidLine number from your verified forwarding phone and enter the caller’s unique extension when prompted. This connects you directly to the caller through PaidLine — keeping both personal numbers private and ensuring you’re still paid for your time.


PaidLine also provides both you and the caller with each other’s vCard (digital contact card) after your initial interaction, so you can save one another’s PaidLine details and reconnect easily in the future.
