What will my caller ID show when I receive a call to my PaidLine number?
When you receive a call to your PaidLine number, your caller ID will display your own PaidLine number, not the caller’s personal phone number. This helps protect both your privacy and the caller’s while allowing you to immediately recognize the incoming call as one routed through PaidLine.
Because your device will show your PaidLine number as the incoming caller, it’s a good idea to save your PaidLine number in your contacts (for example, as “PaidLine Incoming” or “PaidLine Business Line”). Doing so ensures that your phone’s spam filter or call screening tools don’t block or mislabel PaidLine calls.
Pro Tip: Save your PaidLine number under a recognizable name in your phone’s contacts so you can instantly identify paid calls and avoid accidental declines or filtering.
