Where can I see the history for calls I paid for to other PaidLine numbers?
You can view your complete Call History anytime from your PaidLine Account → Calls tab.
PaidLine offers two perspectives for viewing call activity — one for Pros and one for Callers:
As a Pro: You’ll see calls where you earned money, including detailed
information such as call type (inbound or outbound), status
(completed, missed, etc), caller details, callback numbers, and
earnings per call.
As a Caller: You’ll see calls where you paid to speak with a PaidLine Pro, including the date, time, duration, call type, status, and each Pro’s PaidLine number, along with a breakdown of how much you paid per call.
If you use your account as both a Caller and a Pro, you can toggle between these two views using the switch at the top of your Calls tab. The transition is instant and does not affect your data, subscription, or payout history — it simply changes your viewing perspective.
Pro Tip: If you use PaidLine as both a Pro and a Caller, toggle between views regularly to track both your earnings and expenses. It’s an easy way to stay organized and ensure every call is accounted for.
At a Glance:
• Access call details via your Dashboard → Calls tab.
• Pro view: shows earnings, call types, statuses, caller info, and payouts.
• Caller view: shows payments, dates, times, durations, and Pro details.
• Toggle between Pro and Caller views anytime (visible only if you use both).
• Switching views is instant and doesn’t affect your account data or payouts.
