Will callers be able to leave voicemails?
PaidLine does not currently offer voicemail, but this feature is in the pipeline and will be available in a future release. When introduced, it will allow callers to leave short voice messages that you can review directly from your Dashboard.
In the meantime, PaidLine has built in technical safeguards to minimize the risk of callers being routed to your personal carrier voicemail if you miss or decline a call. In over 99% of cases, the system successfully intercepts calls before they reach your carrier voicemail.
However, if your personal voicemail greeting mentions your real phone number (which is common by default with some carriers), we recommend updating or disabling that reference to maintain privacy. This ensures your personal number remains confidential even in the rare event a call is inadvertently routed to your carrier’s voicemail.
Pro Tip: Until PaidLine’s built-in voicemail feature is released, avoid including your real phone number in your carrier voicemail greeting to ensure full privacy protection.
