What is PaidLine’s refund policy for calls?
PaidLine aims to ensure fairness for both callers and professionals. Generally, calls that connect and exceed 30 seconds are considered completed and non-refundable, since real-time services were rendered.
However, PaidLine may, in its sole discretion, issue partial or full refunds on a case-by-case basis for verified technical issues, connection failures, or billing errors. Refund requests are handled promptly by our support team after verification and with the Pro’s consent (if required).
