What is PaidLine’s refund policy for subscriptions?

PaidLine currently offers annual subscriptions only, which activate immediately upon payment. Because your PaidLine number is acquired, provisioned and activated provisioned right away (along with related features), subscriptions are non refundable once the billing period begins.


You can, however, cancel anytime to prevent renewal at the end of your current annual term — your account and number will remain active through the remainder of your paid subscription year.


If you experience technical issues or believe you were billed in error, contact [email protected]. Our team will promptly review your case and, if appropriate, issue a prorated or full refund at our discretion.


PaidLine’s goal is always fairness — we aim to ensure that every Pro receives full value from their subscription.


Pro Tip: Set a calendar reminder a few weeks before your renewal date so you can review your plan, rate, and account settings in advance. This helps you make any desired changes before the next annual billing cycle begins.
