No. PaidLine does not record or store any phone conversations between Pros and their clients. Privacy and confidentiality are core principles of the platform. Calls are transmitted privately, and no audio is recorded by PaidLine for calls between Pros and their clients.

Only limited call metadata (including call time and duration) is stored to ensure accurate invoicing and payout processing. The content of your conversations remains entirely private.
