Are payments and payouts processed securely?
Yes — PaidLine’s entire payment and payout system is built on bank-grade, PCI DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure — the same level of security required by major financial institutions to protect both callers and professionals.
When a caller adds a credit or debit card, that information is encrypted and vaulted directly with our certified payment partner. PaidLine itself never sees or stores raw card data. Instead, a secure token is issued to PaidLine that represents the card for future use. This means the caller can make repeat calls to you (or any other PaidLine Pro) without re- entering their payment details, while their real card information remains fully protected. No raw payment information (like full credit or debit card
numbers) is ever stored, transmitted, or accessible — not even to PaidLine staff.
Every call and transaction is logged, verified, and reconciled through secure infrastructure for full transparency and traceability.
Each transaction is pre-authorized before a call connects, and the caller is charged only for the actual call time once it concludes. The funds are then deposited to the Pro’s connected payout account, where PaidLine manages the flow of funds securely and compliantly. Payouts to Pros’ linked U.S. bank accounts are handled through regulated payment networks that support full KYC verification and fraud monitoring.
Pro Tip: If a caller ever asks about security, you can confidently tell them that PaidLine uses the same level of encryption and compliance as major banks and Fortune 500 payment systems — and that their card details are never visible to anyone, including you.
