What if I change my mind after canceling or changing my subscription?
If you cancel or change your subscription tier but your current billing period hasn’t ended, you can reactivate your prior subscription tier immediately. Your plan remains active through its paid-through date, so you won’t lose access or your PaidLine number.
If your subscription has fully expired, you can still log in and renew anytime — PaidLine stores your data and setting for as long as you keep your PaidLine account active. As a courtesy, we will hold your PaidLine number for a certain period of time (in accordance with our policies in effect at that time) in case you change your mind and want to avoid any gap in service for callers trying to reach you. If reactivate after such grace period, you may need to select a new number when reactivating.
