How do I set or change my availability?
You can manage your availability and decide exactly when you want to receive calls from your PaidLine Dashboard or from the Availability Settings tab within your PaidLine Number Settings.
From there, you can:
• Choose the days and times when you’re available to take calls.
• Toggle your Available/Unavailable status at any time — for example, if you’re on vacation or need personal downtime.
If a caller tries to reach you outside of your available hours, they’ll hear a friendly message letting them know you’re not available at that time and inviting them to try again later (or leave a voicemail if that feature is enabled).
This feature gives you full control over your schedule while maintaining a professional experience for callers.
Pro Tip: Set predictable availability hours so callers know when you’re available — consistency builds reliability and repeat business. Use the availability toggle to override your scheduled availability at any time when you simply do not want to be disturbed but want to preserve your availability schedule.
