How do I set or change my call forwarding number?

You can set or change your call forwarding number anytime from your PaidLine Dashboard or the Call Forwarding section within your PaidLine Number Settings tab.


To update your forwarding number:


1. Go to Dashboard Your Call Handling (or navigate to Your→Number settings Call Forwarding).→
2. Enter the new number you’d like calls to forward to.
3. Verify it by entering the one-time SMS code PaidLine sends to confirm ownership.


Once verified, all future calls will automatically forward to your new
number while still routing securely through the PaidLine system. This
ensures accurate billing, caller privacy, and complete call tracking — no
personal numbers are ever exposed.


Pro Tip: Use a stable, mobile-based forwarding number with a reliable
signal. Missed verifications or weak connectivity can disrupt your call flow
and lead to missed opportunities.
