Setup is the only time PaidLine asks for more than a click or two. After this, everything else is one-touch adjustments from the dashboard.

The wizard steps

  1. Pick your PaidLine number. Search by state, area code, or vanity pattern. See Can I choose my PaidLine number?
  2. Set your per-minute rate. Anywhere from $0.10 to $100/min. Adjustable anytime later.
  3. Configure availability. Days and hours when you're open to calls. Off-hours callers hear a friendly "try later" message.
  4. Set your call-forwarding number. Verify your real phone with a one-time SMS code so PaidLine knows where to route calls.
  5. Customize your greeting (optional but recommended). Pick a voice, write a short bio. See Can I customize the greeting?
  6. Add your payout method. Link your U.S. bank account for monthly ACH transfers.

Your number is live immediately

The moment you finish, your PaidLine number is active. Share it anywhere — the first call could come in minutes after setup.

Editing later

Every step is reversible. From your dashboard you can change your rate, update availability, switch forwarding numbers, edit your greeting, or update payout details. There's no "locked in" state — PaidLine is built to adapt as you do.
