What is the PaidLine platform fee?
Updated
2 min read
The platform fee is the one number you need to remember when modeling your PaidLine earnings. Everything else is included.
What the 10% covers
Every cost of running a pay-per-minute call platform is rolled into the 10%:
- Payment processing — credit/debit card fees that would otherwise be 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction
- Call connectivity — telco minutes, routing, carrier handoff
- SMS notifications — caller alerts, missed-call texts, payout confirmations
- Real-time billing infrastructure — per-second tracking, dispute handling, refund processing
- Platform support — your account, dashboard, security, ongoing improvements
How it's deducted
The fee is taken automatically from each completed call, before the earnings post to your balance. You see the math on every call: gross earnings, PaidLine fee, net to you. No invoicing, no reconciliation.
What you don't pay
No setup fees. No transaction fees on top of the 10%. No chargeback fees. No monthly minimums. No payout fees on monthly bank deposits. The 10% is the all-in number.
How it compares
Industry rates for pay-per-call platforms typically range from 15% to 40%, and most charge separate transaction fees on top. PaidLine's 10% all-in is the floor of the industry.
