A lot of PaidLine users wear both hats — they take paid calls as experts and they pay other experts for advice. PaidLine treats both halves of that activity as one account, with two clear views.

The Pro view

Shows recent calls you earned money on. For each call:

  • Call type and status
  • Caller info (display name if they have a Caller account)
  • Callback numbers / extension
  • Duration
  • Gross earnings, platform fee, net to you

The Caller view

Shows recent calls you paid for to other PaidLine Pros. For each call:

  • Call type and status
  • Date, time, and duration
  • The Pro's PaidLine number
  • The amount you paid

How the toggle works

Open the Calls tab in your dashboard. If you've used your account in both roles, you'll see a Pro / Caller toggle at the top — switch with one click. The transition is instant. Account data, subscription, and payout history are not affected.

If you only see one view, you haven't yet made (or received) a call in the other role. Once you do, the toggle appears.
