How much does PaidLine cost?
PaidLine has two sides: Callers (people who pay to reach a Pro) and Pros (people who charge for their time on calls). What you pay depends on which side you're on.
If you're a Caller
Creating a Caller account is free. No subscription, no monthly minimum, nothing on file unless you choose to save a card for faster repeat calls.
You only pay when you actually place a call. Each call costs the Pro's per-minute rate (which they set and you see before the call connects) plus a $1 connectivity fee. Calls under 30 seconds are never billed — a buffer for wrong-number or "is this a good time?" moments.
If you're a Pro
A PaidLine Pro subscription is required to earn money on calls. There's one plan:
- $179 for your first year. Introductory price for new Pros. Charged once when you sign up.
- $359 per year on renewal. Your subscription auto-renews annually on your billing anniversary at the standard $359/year rate.
- 10% per completed paid call. That's the only per-call fee — it's all-in. It covers secure payment processing, call connectivity, SMS notifications, real-time billing, routing, and platform support. There are no separate transaction fees, no chargeback fees, and no setup fees.
What the 10% actually means
If a caller pays you $10 for a ten-minute call at $1/min, PaidLine takes $1 and you keep $9. That's it. The 10% is deducted automatically from each completed call — you'll see the gross, fee, and net in your dashboard for every call. No reconciliation, no invoicing.
For context: most pay-per-call competitors charge 15–40%. PaidLine's 10% is the floor of the industry.
What callers pay on top of your rate
Callers pay a $1 connectivity fee per call, on top of whatever per-minute rate you set. The connectivity fee doesn't come out of your earnings — it's billed to the caller, not deducted from you.
What's not charged
No setup fees. No hardware fees. No app fees (there's no app). No per-minute fees on the subscription side. No minimums. No chargeback fees. No payout fees on monthly bank deposits to U.S. accounts.
