PaidLine subscriptions are designed to be flexible — no long-term lock-in, no early-exit penalties. Cancel today, your access runs through your paid-through date, then it stops cleanly.

If you have a Free Caller account

There's nothing to cancel — Free Caller accounts don't carry a subscription. You can keep the account active at no cost for future calls, or contact support if you want to delete it entirely. See How do I permanently delete my account?

If you're a Pro (paid subscription)

  1. Open Dashboard → Billing Settings.
  2. Choose your action — change plan tier, cancel renewal, or downgrade.
  3. Confirm. The change applies at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens after you cancel

  • Through end of current billing period: full access — your PaidLine number stays live, calls keep routing, you keep earning
  • After current period ends: no more billing; subscription benefits end
  • Account data: preserved — settings, call history, earnings statements remain accessible
  • Your PaidLine number: held for a grace period in case you reactivate; eventually released back into inventory
  • Resubscribing: available anytime — see What if I change my mind?

Refunds

Within 30 days of initial signup, full refund — no questions asked. After that, cancel anytime to stop future renewals; no partial-year refunds. For full details see What's the refund policy for subscriptions?

Auto-renewal reminders

We email you at least 30 days before each renewal so you can decide whether to continue, change plan, or cancel before the next charge.
