PaidLine is a platform for paid professional conversations. Like any platform that handles money and identity, it depends on every user behaving like a professional.

What's required

  • Honesty in how you represent yourself. Accurate bio, accurate credentials, accurate description of what callers can expect.
  • Compliance with applicable laws — both general and industry-specific. Lawyers can't practice across state lines they aren't licensed in. Therapists can't diagnose without proper licensure. Financial advice has its own rulebook.
  • Confidentiality where the conversation warrants it, or where the caller explicitly requests it.
  • Respectful treatment of everyone on the call — no harassment, no hate speech, no threats.

What's prohibited

  • Illegal services or solicitation of illegal activity.
  • Fraud — collecting payment with no intent to provide the represented service.
  • Misleading conduct — fake credentials, fake reviews, fake expertise.
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech directed at any person.
  • Unlicensed professional advice in regulated fields (legal, medical, financial) when you lack the required credentials.

What happens if you violate the rules

PaidLine reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive, unlawful, or deceptive behavior, and to report violations to relevant authorities where required by law.
