How do I permanently delete my PaidLine account?
Deleting an account isn't a button in the dashboard — it goes through support so we can verify the request, give you a chance to download anything you want to keep, and make sure pending payouts clear first.
If you're a Free Caller
Contact support from the email address linked to your account. After verification, your account, call logs, payment details, and profile data are all permanently erased. You can sign up again later, but past data and saved payment methods will not be restored.
If you're a Pro
Before you contact support, do two things:
- Confirm all pending payments and payouts have cleared. Check Dashboard → Earnings. Any in-flight money needs to land in your bank before deletion or you may lose it.
- Download any data or records you want to keep. Earnings statements, call history, customer list — anything you might need for taxes, accounting, or your own reference. There's no recovery after deletion.
Then contact support from your account email to request deletion. Once confirmed:
- Your PaidLine number is released
- Call records, earnings data, and customer history are erased
- Account settings are deleted
- None of it can be restored
Not sure? Consider these alternatives first
Deletion is final. If there's any chance you'll come back:
- Cancel your subscription — keeps your data, settings, and history; you stop being billed. See How do I cancel my subscription?
- Take a break — switch to a free Caller account if available, preserving your login and history
If you reactivate later, your original PaidLine number may not be available beyond a grace period — but your account data stays preserved as long as the account exists.
