What is the refund policy for subscriptions?
The refund policy is built around a simple commitment: try PaidLine risk-free for 30 days, and after that you control your own cancellation timing.
Within 30 days of initial signup
Full refund, no questions asked. If PaidLine isn't working for you, contact support within 30 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund the full amount. Your account is closed, your PaidLine number is released, and that's it.
After 30 days
Subscriptions are annual, and once you're past the 30-day window the year is yours. You can cancel at any time:
- Cancellation stops future renewals — you won't be billed again
- You keep full access through the end of your current paid annual term
- No partial-year refunds — what's already paid is for the active subscription year
See How do I cancel my subscription? for the cancellation flow.
Renewal reminders
PaidLine emails you a renewal reminder at least 30 days before each annual renewal so you have time to decide whether to continue, change plan tier, or cancel before the next charge. You should never be surprised by a renewal charge.
Billing errors and technical issues
Outside the 30-day money-back window, refunds may still be issued at PaidLine's discretion for:
- Billing errors — wrong amount charged, duplicate charge, unauthorized charge
- Verified technical issues — sustained service interruptions that prevented you from using the platform
- Account-access problems — locked out and unable to use what you paid for
Contact support with the details and your account email. Support reviews promptly and issues prorated or full refunds where appropriate.
