Calls
Can I make outbound calls and still get paid?

Outbound calls are first-class PaidLine calls. Same billing, same privacy, same convenience for the client. The use cases:
- Following up on a missed call
- Scheduled callbacks when you agreed to call them at a specific time
- Check-ins with returning clients
- New consultations with someone you've spoken to before
How to initiate an outbound call
- Find the client's unique extension in Dashboard → Calls → Call History.
- Dial your own PaidLine number from your verified forwarding phone.
- Enter the extension when prompted.
- PaidLine routes you directly to that client.
Or skip the extension step entirely by saving the client's vCard to your phone after your first call. Future outbound calls are a single tap on the saved contact.
What the client experiences
- Their phone rings with your PaidLine number as caller ID (never your personal number)
- They accept and confirm your rate just like an inbound call
- If they have a saved payment method, PaidLine charges it automatically — no friction
- If they want to use a different card, they can switch before connecting
- Call connects, billing starts after the 30-second grace period
Why this matters
Without outbound, every paid interaction would require the client to remember to initiate. With outbound, you can run a real consulting practice — scheduled callbacks, proactive follow-ups, time-sensitive check-ins — all billed normally and all with privacy preserved.
