What if I decline an inbound call?
Caller hears a polite "unavailable" message and is not charged. The declined call still logs in your dashboard with their extension.

Not yet — coming soon. PaidLine intercepts calls before they hit your carrier voicemail in 99%+ of cases.

Do callers pay any fees on top of my rate?
Yes — a flat $1 connectivity fee per call, on top of your per-minute rate. Both are confirmed before the call connects.

Can I make outbound calls and still get paid?
Yes — same per-minute billing on outbound calls. Use the caller's extension or saved vCard. Client's saved card is charged automatically.

Can I offer free calls?
Not as a formal feature today. Calls under 30 seconds are unbilled (grace period). Feedback on free-call support welcome.

Where can I see my call history?
Dashboard → Calls. Pro view (earnings) and Caller view (payments). Toggle between them anytime if you use both roles.

How much should I charge callers?
Start from your target hourly rate ÷ 60. New: $1–$3/min. Established: $5+/min. High-demand: $10–$20/min. Adjust as demand grows.

Does PaidLine impose a minimum or maximum rate?
Yes — $0.10/min minimum to $100/min maximum. Need higher? Contact support for custom approval.

Why aren’t the first 30 seconds of each call billed?
First 30 seconds are free — a grace period to confirm audio, identity, and timing. Calls under 30 seconds aren't billed at all.

What does my caller ID show on incoming calls?
Your own PaidLine number appears as the incoming caller ID. Save it in your contacts to avoid spam filters.

What caller ID do clients see on outbound calls?
Your PaidLine number — not your personal one. Outbound calls and callbacks both preserve privacy and bill at your standard rate.

How do I return a missed call?
