Will callers be able to see my real number?
No. Callers never see your real phone number. Your PaidLine number is the only ID they ever see, on every call.

Are conversations between Pros and Clients recorded?
No. PaidLine does not record calls. Only call metadata (time, duration) is stored — for billing only.

Can I record a conversation?
PaidLine has no built-in recording. You can use third-party tools — but consent laws vary by jurisdiction.

Are payments and payouts processed securely?
Yes. PCI DSS Level 1 — same security level as major banks. Card data is tokenized; PaidLine never sees raw card details.

Can I change my account email?
Yes. Contact support from your current address with the new one. We verify before changing.

Can I change my forwarding number?
Yes — add multiple forwarding numbers from your dashboard, switch anytime. Your PaidLine number always stays the same.
